Delete your account
NinjaHorizon account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your NinjaHorizon account from inside the game. You will also be able to request deletion here without reinstalling the app. Both methods delete the same account and associated player data, subject to the limited records described below.
Fastest method
Delete inside NinjaHorizon
- Open NinjaHorizon and sign in to the account.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
If you are the master of a clan, transfer leadership to another member or disband the clan first. This prevents a shared clan from being left without an owner.

Request deletion from the web
Use the public support contact in the applicable app-store listing and include the subject NinjaHorizon account deletion. Include your player name and player tag if known, plus enough non-sensitive information for us to locate the account. Do not send a password, full purchase receipt, or government ID unless we specifically explain why it is legally necessary.
We will reply with a proportionate verification step so another person cannot delete your account. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm when it is complete or explain if a lawful exception requires more time.
What deletion removes
Permanent account deletion removes or de-identifies:
- your NinjaHorizon account and linked Apple or Google sign-in;
- player profile, name and tag, appearance, progression, settings, loadouts, inventory, pets, and currency balances;
- friends, clan membership, active rooms, matchmaking state, and other account-linked social records; and
- account-linked gameplay records that are not needed for a lawful retention purpose.
Deletion is permanent. Progress, purchases delivered as Virtual Items, currency balances, and entitlements tied only to the deleted account cannot be restored afterward.
What may be retained
We may keep limited purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, refund or chargeback history, security and fraud records, and records needed to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, platform, dispute, or legal obligations. We restrict access and, where feasible, de-link retained records from the deleted player profile. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal rotation removes them.

Delete selected data without deleting the account
If you want to correct information or request deletion of particular data while keeping your account, contact us through the support option provided in the Service. Whether we can delete only that data depends on what is needed to operate the account, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Privacy rights vary by location.
